Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you in full — no questions, no shipping cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are packed. Once a custom hamper design is approved and packed, it can no longer be cancelled since it is made only for you.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.
Hygiene note
For hygiene reasons, jewellery and personal items can only be returned if unused and in original packaging.
