Where we ship
We ship across India via trusted courier partners. Every parcel is packed by hand with protective wrapping so your gift arrives exactly as styled.
Timelines
Ready-made products ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–7 days depending on your location. Custom hampers ship after you approve the design preview, usually within 4 days. If you chose a preferred delivery date at checkout, we plan the dispatch around it.
Charges
Delivery is a flat fee shown at checkout, and free above the threshold shown in our announcement bar. No hidden charges — the total you see at checkout is final.
Tracking
Every order gets an order number at checkout. Use it with your phone number on our Track Order page to follow your parcel from packing to delivery.
